Split air conditioning training system (AR-011) is an educational unit that features a real air conditioner equipped with several modules with a main purpose of allowing trainees to train to electrical wiring skills needed in air conditioning systems. The trainer demonstrates a real split air conditioning system to allow trainees to perform electrical wiring to real components.

  • The trainer is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of connection of a split air conditioning system electrical wiring.
  • The trainer consists of a sturdy frame that holds an indoor unit and an outdoor unit of a split air conditioning system, in addition to experimental modules of split air conditioning electrical components.
  • The experimental modules are an indoor unit module, outdoor module unit, level switch module, over load switch module, two electric power sockets module, and remote control.
  • The outdoor and indoor units are internally connected mechanically and electrically.
  • The electrical components modules of the air conditioning are arranged clearly across the trainer frame for easy wiring and operation.
  • The indoor unit consists of an evaporator, a fan and a filter of the air purification inside the chamber. This unit is also called the evaporating unit.
  • The outdoor unit consists of a condenser, a compressor, a fan and also an expansion valve. This unit is also called the condensing unit.
  • The level switch is provided to sense the level of the water and send signal to activate the condensate pump
  • The two power sockets are provided to give more accessible power for all the devices and for using more extensions
  • The heat pump reversing valve is used to change the direction of refrigerant flow. By reversing the flow of refrigerant, the heat pump refrigeration cycle is changed from cooling to heating or vice versa.
  • The purpose of remote control is to provide a host of different mode buttons that all contribute to how the air conditioning operates
  • The unit is supplied with overload switch as well as trainer on/off switch.
