The juice dispenser refrigeration trainer is designed to detect the electrical faults of the juice dispenser. The trainer contains all the real components that make up the juice dispenser so that trainees can investigate all the components, how they work and the cooling cycle of the device. The educational unit can simulate up to 8 different faults of the juice dispenser.

                                     
  • The educational unit is a model where all components of a juice dispenser are installed.
  • The educational unit is supplied with 220 V as a power supply.
  • The trainer is supplied with a control panel that includes a LED to indicate the overload, an emergency switch, ON / OFF switch of the trainer and the operation switch of thermostat (electrically and mechanically).
  • The trainer is provided with a monitors to demonstrate the thermostat values in case of operating the thermostat electrically.
  • The trainer is provided with a power meter.
  • The trainer is supplied with switches to operate the three electric motors, in addition to refrigeration switch.
  • The educational unit is provided with a schematic diagrams of the electric and refrigeration circuits of the juice dispenser.
  • The educational unit is provided with 8 faults› switches to allow trainees to train to the electric faults of the juice dispenser. There is a symbol for each electrical component printed to the control panel with 4 - mm terminals for each components to allow to measure the different parameters using the Avometer.
  • The trainer includes four digital displays for temperature demonstration and four pressure gauges for pressure demonstration.
  • The educational unit is supplied with high pressure switch to disconnect the electric circuit of the juice dispenser if there is over pressure.
