The refrigerator assembly and disassembly trainer allows trainees to assemble and disassemble a refrigerator circuits and to perform experiments to theses circuits. The refrigeration components used for this trainer are all real components to introduce trainees to refrigeration components to acquire different technical skills such as performing the needed connections, discharging the unit from water vapor, vacuuming the system, charging and discharging the system with freon.

                                     
  • The trainer allows trainees to be more familiar with the components of the cycle and the function of each one, as well as the tools used to perform the needed measurements in the cycle.
  • The educational unit consists of a refrigerator unit and a condensing unit and a punched vertical panel where trainees can hang on the refrigeration and electrical components.
  • The trainer is supplied with a variety of refrigeration tools and devices to allow trainees to assemble a full refrigeration circuit.
  • The refrigerator unit contains an evaporator and an evaporator fan and equipped with inlet and outlet for the evaporator so trainees can perform connections.
  • The evaporator unit has a door to isolate the low temperature resulted by the evaporator coil inside the refrigerator
  • The condensing unit contains a compressor, condenser, as each of them has its own inlet and outlet.
