The automatic transmission assembly and disassembly trainer has been specifically designed to enhance trainees and technician’s ability to assemble and disassemble an automatic transmission unit which further helps the trainees to visualize the internal components and construction in addition to fully understanding its operation. This assembly and disassembly trainer include a small container that stores every single component of the disassembled automatic transmission unit and assembly tools, in addition to a table on which the transmission may be assembled.
- A small storage container neatly stores a disassembled automatic transmission unit, and required tools.
- All components have designated indentations inside the storage container.
- The trainer features either an automatic gearbox or an automatic transaxle pre-disassembled in the storage container. The trainer is supplied with a rotating base designed for assembling the components of the automatic transmission to it, as it can be rotated by 360° clockwise or counter clockwise, in addition to a special mechanism to keep the rotation de gree.
- The trainer is treated against rust and electrostatically painted.
- The educational unit is fixed to casters to facilitate its motion inside laboratory and to facilitate the assembly and disassembly processes.
