The alternator assembly & reassembly is a great educational tool designed to enable trainees to investigate the internal construction of the alternator and its working theory. This alternator is carefully sectioned for training purposes to better differentiate the various parts of the alternator. Moreover, the training unit has been designed to enhance the hands-on skills of assembly and disassembly of the alternator.

                                     
  • The educational unit aims to demonstrate the internal components of the alternator including the stator, rotor, and the working mechanism.
  • The trainer is designed with a vertical panel accommodates a sectioned alternator and a storage cabinet.
  • All the internal parts of the alternator are mounted on the vertical panel with the name of each component beneath it.
  • The alternator parts are: vacuum pump ,stator & rectifier, rotor (armature), front cover, end cover, and alternator pulley.
  • Assembly of all these parts together enables trainees to enhance their skills in assembling and disassembling.
  • The storage cabinet is a drawer stores the different alternator’s components in addition to all the pieces necessary for each assembly step.
  • Each part inside the drawer is numbered to provide better organization in order to facilitate the assembly and disassembly process.
  • It is also equipped with hard foam adequate compartments to contain the disassembled components for the purpose of safe storage.
  • A schematic diagram is designed on the trainer to provide representation of the alternator construction and internal parts, in addition to cross-sectioned components. This can help trainees learn and analyze the operating principle of the system.
  • A choice between either an exploded view alternator or a simple alternator cutaway is available.
  • Another choice of either a petrol engine alternator or a diesel engine alternator is available.
