The tractor electrical connections troubleshooting trainer is a laboratory equipment designed to represent the tractor electrical system components and circuits in order to allow trainees to acquire real-world experience. The training system provides the know-how of troubleshooting and tractor testing. It can simulate up to 10 faults in the system so trainees can get familiar with different methods of diagnosis of different failures.

  • The educational unit is designed to be divided into two parts, one part specific to the electrical measurement and control panel and the other part contains all the electrical equipment of the tractor.
  • The trainer design allows the trainee to observe all system components.
  • The electrical measurement and control panel contains the following parts:
    • Flasher relay wiring circuit
    • Schematic diagram of the main wiring system
    • High and low light wiring circuit and turn lights wiring circuit
    • Troubleshooting faults switches
    • Oil sensor
    • Emergency stop switch
    • Trainer ON/OFF switch
    • Ignition switch
    • Motor speed control
    • Generator and starter wiring circuit
    • The schematic diagrams represent the tractor main electrical circuit, hazard connection circuit and high & reduced lights circuits for guidance during operation.
  •  The electrical equipment of the tractor provided with the trainer are: the cassette, fog light operation switch, reduced light operation switch, hazard light operation switch, and brakes light.
  • As well as, dashboard arm, front lights switch, rear lights switch, battery, fog flashlight, ignition switch, and horn switch.
  • The training system features real-world, industry-grade components to provide durability which will stand up to frequent use.
  • A troubleshooting simulation system is provided within the system to allow inserting various types of faults that commonly occurs in such systems.
  • Many faults can be tested through this trainer allowing trainees to get more in touch with real-life experiences.
  • The trainer simulates up to 10 simulated faults that are able to be inserted throughout the system via switches on the panel. This enables practicing evaluation and repairing processes in various electric circuitry.
