The alternator cutaway trainer demonstrates the internal construction and components of the alternator.
- A sectioned alternator mounted on a robust frame which can be easily relocated.
- A choice between either an exploded view alternator or a simple alternator cutaway is available.
- Another choice of either petrol engine alternator or a diesel engine alternator is available.
- A schematic diagram of the alternator circuit and internal construction is printed on the unit frame.
- The unit is provided with the components of the alternator disassembled so the trainee can assemble it by himself.
- The trainer is supplied with the tools necessary for alternator assembly and disassembly.
- The unit is fixed on four caster wheels to eases its motion inside the laboratory, these caster wheels are equipped with brakes to prevent the trainer from sliding during the operation, and a drawer cabinet is added for storing the alternator components.
- The unit is treated against rust and electrostatically painted.
