Traction Control System ABS/TCS/ESP Kit is designed to provide a simulation system of the traditional braking as well as the electronic braking system. It clarifies in details the electronic aids used in a braking system as, the training participants can learn about the control strategies employed by anti-lock brakes (ABS), electronic brakeforce distribution (EBD), electronic stability program (ESP), traction control (TCS), emergency brake assist (EBA), and downhill speed regulation (DSR) with heavy emphasis placed on the resulting vehicle dynamics.

                                     
  • The kit enables trainees to get familiar with different electronic aids to know what they stand for, beginning with understand the basics of physics and the components of the braking system to the individual control processes.
  • The kit panel represents all the individual components of the system through a schematic diagram clearly identifies each component.
  • It features six modes (ABS, EBD, ESP, TCS, EBA, DSR) that can be used in the braking system. Each mode can be simulated on a touch screen.
  • Each individual mode is mutually dependent and in part use the same sensor signals as well as, all the systems require activation the ABS mode to work. With this training system trainees understand the function and interaction of each system.
  • The kit includes: four wheels, touch screen, modes button and modes on/off button.
  • The kit also provides different LEDs that each of them indicates the state of the device or sensor it represents.
  • The available LEDs can be describes as following; steering angle indication LEDs, Yaw angle indication LEDs, and other required LEDs of the four wheels.
  • The LEDs of the wheels describe the state of the Inlet Solenoid Valve, Outlet Solenoid Valve and Motor, Pump, Bypass Check Valve, Reservoir, and Braking.
  • The kit combines the theoretical knowledge of each system with practical experiments supported by software to demonstrate how these strategies assist the driver not just in purely physical terms, but also intelligently by responding only when the driver explicitly requests it.
  • The kit is provided with an installed software that is able to take individual control processes and depict them in a simple way, making them transparent and visible for the human eye. Furthermore, all of the relevant driving situations can be explored in a practical manner simply by varying simulation parameters (varied street surfaces, steering angle, vehicle speed, braking strength).
  • The software enables students to acquire skills in the handling of the different control systems and monitor the processes by simulating the equipment and devices that found in the car and simulate their operation.
  • The system is equipped with on/off main power switch as well as, emergency switch, which guarantee the required protection to produce a safety working environment.
