The automotive electronic integrated components wiring system (BES109) is designed to introduce the student to the components of the electric components in cars, their connection and how to control these components. The educational unit is also provided with faults switches used for simulating the most common faults of the automotive electronic integrated components wiring system

  • The educational unit is a stand fixed at its horizontal axis at a horizontal shaft and divided into five panels to demonstrate the electrical systems components as the components are arranged by which they are arranged in the real car.
  • The stand can be rotated by an electric motor so the stand can be horizontal to facilitate components demonstration, connection, measurement, and testing processes.
  • The educational unit is equipped with a container on each side of it. The left one contains the electric motor used for rotating the stand.
  • The educational unit is also provided with a panel to control rotating the stand.
  • The five panels of the stand are designed to be arranged so that the horizontal panels demonstrate the electric systems of the left and right doors weather they are front or rear doors, and the vertical panels demonstrate the control panel of the educational unit, faults switches and some of the car components, in addition to the switches dash and the car hood panel.
  • The first vertical panel includes the educational unit control panel that contains the educational unit operation ON / OFF switch, Emergency switch, a switch to control the engine speed, a switch to control the car speed, The first vertical panel also includes faults activation switches, gasoline pump, acceleration pedal, brakes pedal and the fuel tank valve.
  • The switches dash includes the cutout block, the fuses box, the air bag control switch, DLC plug, the dashboard, lightening switch, the steering wheel, the rear and front lights control arm, wipers control arm, radio, air conditioning control panel, air conditioner simulator and the air bag.
  • The car hood panel includes injectors, injectors rail, injectors operation indication LEDs, spark plugs, ignition coil, crank sensor, ABS module, cam sensor, ECU, oil sensor, fuses box, water sensor, oil pressure valve, ambient temperature sensor, transmission lever, transmission control unit, starter, alternator, motor blower, horn, water cooling unit, wiper water tank motor, manifold throttle valve, connection between the air filter and manifold throttle valve, air conditioning valve, air conditioning compressor, air filter, air filter container, and the electrical connections between those components.
  • The lower horizontal panel contains electrical systems of the right doors whether they are rear or front. It contains central lock, central lock switches, window glass lifting motors, left mirror, in addition to speakers, car speed sensor, rear lights, and front lights.
  • The upper horizontal panel contains electrical systems of the left doors whether they are rear or front. It contains central lock, central lock switches, and window glass lifting motors, left mirror, in addition to wipers motors, water container, speakers, rear lights and front lights.
  • The educational unit is supplied with measuring terminals 4 mm to perform connection, measurement, and testing processes.
  • Each component has its labeled name.
  • The labeled names are printed to the educational unit using ultraviolet technology.
