  • Hard copy user manual

Since automotive lighting is a vital topic for anyone who is concerned with vehicles. A comprehensive training system (BES111) for automotive lighting technologies is provided which offers a broad knowledge about automotive lighting systems with emphasis on lighting functions, and technologies. The intent of this training system is to assist trainees to gain sufficient knowledge about automotive lighting and its importance in overall vehicle design.

  • The automotive lighting training system offers trainees a comprehensive knowledge regarding different automotive lighting components.
  • Through this trainer, trainees will be able to execute automotive lighting wiring with the knowledge of different wiring colors.
  • The system is a standalone system which contains real-world components well displayed on separate module that can be mounted to the frame.
  • The training system is a modular system which consists of a mounting frame aided with main board as well as up to 26 modules to be mounted to the frame in order to perform wide range of experiments
  • The main board of the training system is supplied with ON/OFF button and an emergency button for safety measures.
  • The main board is supplied with circuit breaker to secure the trainer component from any electrical failures.
  • The main board is supplied with line and neutral paths to transmit power to the training module. An earthing line is also provided to enable trainees to perform earthing connections.
  • Two power sockets are provided to the main board to connect any external devices to the training system.
  • A schematic diagram is provided to the main board to allow trainees to grasp the typical circuits of automotive systems.
  • Different lighting modules are included in the system such as fog light, interior lights, real lights, and more.
  • A software system is provided with the trainer, on which trainees will be able to monitor, display and perform different experiments.
  • Trainees will be able to read, understand and perform different automotive circuits.
