The inverter control training system is a bench top educational unit which aims at elaborating the concept and principle of AC motor control via frequency control. The system features all necessary components for monitoring and control of the system. The training unit is compact, portable and easy to use and comprehend by students.

                                     
  • The training system comprises of an industrial invertebracy induction motor, embedded microcontroller for system control, and a rotary encoder.
  • All of the system contents are real-world components making trainees familiar with such systems.
  • The front panel of the training unit features operational buttons and switches for operation of the system.
  • The unit is supplied with 4mm sockets with short circuits to protect the system against any overcurrent preventing failure of the system.
  • A rotary encoder is included within the training system as it’s connected to the motor outer shaft in order to feedback of rotational speed.
  • Embedded controller is built-in within the system allowing users to control and adjust the system.
  • The motor disk -that’s connected to the motor outer shaft- is showcased and segmented in different colors in order  to allow clear observation of the motor rotation.
  • The unit is supplied with a data acquisition system in order to display the system parameters as well as to operate some built-in features.
  • The software system can be displayed and operated by connecting the unit to an external PC. Hence, trainees will be able to start and use the provided software.
  • The system is supplied with main ON/OFF for the training system and an emergency button in case of any inconvenience.
  • A schematic diagram of the process is printed on the training unit in order to provide clear illustration and interpretation of the process.
