The advanced PLC training kit, when combined with S7-1200 or S7-1500 brain system, provides up to 40 experiments that are widely used in our daily life. After learning the basics of PLC, trainees can perform advanced experiments using this training module and grasp the scientific concept and operation of PLCs, and hence start to implement other experiments or different coding for the same experiments.

                                     
  • Advanced Training Kit
    • The masks training kit consists of a power socket to be fed by power from the brain system through the power cable
    • The kit is supplied with two 50-Pin D-Sub Sockets and two 25- Pin D-Sub sockets to transfer data from the S7-1200 or S7-1500 brain system.
    • The masks module is equipped with input switches, digital input and outputs terminals, analog input, output terminals and three knobs to control the analog inputs.
    • The masks module is also equipped with LEDS pattern area where the applications masks are fixed to display the sequence of the process represented by the mask using the flashing LEDs.
    • Depending on the code of the process the LEDs flash to display the sequence of the process displayed by the schematic of the mask.
    • You can measure the electrical signal of the inputs and the outputs through the terminals located on the kit using Avometer to ensure that each application is running smoothly.
    • This training kit can be combined with S7-1200 or S7-1500 brain system for operation.
    • The trainer is supplied with up to 22 application masks. Each application mask is equipped with a schematic diagram of the simulated process.
    • Each card module is supplied with fixation pins to prevent the movement of the card module during performing experiments.
    • Trainees will get exposed to a set of applications grading in difficulty from beginner level such as gate control and motor starting, and all the way up to the advanced level applications such as a complete industrial cleaning bath.
