    • Exploring the transistors regions of operation, the concept of Q-point, and the various biasing techniques for driving the device into saturation region

The semiconductors experimental cards contain a collection of experimental cards to cover a wide variety of semiconductor components that are needed for electronic circuits and focus on their characteristics, practice the behavior of each device through experiments, and explain the configuration modes with the real-life applications for each configuration. This package will guide students in learning the theory and practical aspects of semiconductors such as Zener diode, BJTs, JFET, MOSFET and etc.
