The deep freezer training system comprises of two unit, a real-world domestic deep freezer and troubleshooting unit. Using this training system, trainees will get familiar with the typical structure of such systems and function of each component. Based on that, they will get to apply the most common faults related to each component and investigate the output signals afterwards. Within this training system, trainees will acquire hands on skills related to inspection, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair.

  • This training unit is comprised of two components, the first one is a real-world deep freezer unit while the second one is a troubleshooting benchtop training unit.
  • This system is for experimental purposes allowing trainees to acquire hands on skills in deep freezer inspection, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairing.
  • Within this training system, trainees will get broad experience regarding deep freezer internal structure and the function of each component.
  • The benchtop training unit can be connected easily to the other unit through a provided cable port. This unit is supplied with sliding door protecting all of the troubleshooting components.
  • The training system is supplied with up to 12 fault switches that can be activated manually as well as 7 isolation manual switches.
  • All of the system signals can be read through provided terminals which are well laid on the benchtop unit. Using an Avometer (Not Included), trainees will be able to read voltage, or resistance readings and inspect the malfunction of each component through variation in output signals before and after activation faults.
  • Each component is supplied with indication LED to state the operation or the malfunction in these components.
  • A fault display is mounted to the training system through which trainees can monitor and display activated faults.
  • Trainees will be able to activate faults on various deep freezer components such as fan, compressor, door switch, interior lighting lamp, defrost heater,..etc.
  • The system is provided with main ON/OFF and emergency button in case of any inconvenience.
