This electrical workbench allows trainees to acquire hands on skills regarding classic control electrical installations. Within this workbench, many components are laid out for users in order to carry out various experiments, in addition, mounting racks and slotted frame are provided to allow trainees to assemble the electrical components necessary for practicing. This system is easy to use and allows for clear classic control understanding since it gathers all of the needed components at one place making it a necessity training system in any electrical lab.
- This electrical workbench is aimed for introducing trainees to practice and investigate classic control systems.
- The training system is composed of vertical panel as well as horizontal benchtop which can accommodate any components used throughout the experiments.
- The vertical panel is divided into two sections, the first section is a slotted frame where electrical components can be mounted to it using nuts and bolts. While the second section is composed of five racks needed for mounting extra electrical components.
- A control panel is included in the vertical panel containing all of the needed components for classic control experiments.
- Three line-paths and neutral path are provided on the main control panel in order to supply electrical components with power.
- The workbench is supplied with single-pole and three-pole circuit breakers with its own terminals to be included in classic control circuit.
- Two plugs are included in the control panel to enable trainees to connect any external device.
- Two pushbuttons are included in the control panel along with selector switch, each of them has its own terminals needed for connection.
- Two indication LEDs are included in the training system with their own terminals. In addition, terminals of two relays are also provided, thus, most of the needed components in classic control circuits are included.
- Counter and timer terminals are also included in case of designing classic control circuit with time based events or counting up and down based systems.
- The training system is supplied with a drawer for storage purposes to protect all of the used components after use.
- The training system contains main ON/OFF as well as emergency button in case of any inconvenience.
- Main circuit breaker is included as a safety measure to provide protection against overcurrent and prevent damage of the electrical components.
