BEV Braking Energy Recovery Training System is designed to demonstrate the BEV’s brake energy recovery technology and its ability to dynamically simulate the running status in various operating modes. The tool is used in secondary vocational skill schools to teach theory and provide maintenance training for BEV braking energy recovery systems.

  • The Training System is intended to demonstrate the BEV's brake energy recovery technology and its capacity to dynamically replicate the running state in a variety of operating modes.
  • The unit is provided with ON/OFF switch and emergency switch.
  • The ignition switch, operating mode switch, throttle pedal, gearshift switch, brake switch, multi-functional LED display, motor controller, and DC controller are all installed on the demonstration panel.
  • A light emitting diode is added to the trainer to provide dynamic system flow direction indicator.
  • The Primary components of the training system are
  • Single wheel for propulsion
  • Battery
  • Charging socket
  • A tiny table top shelf is attached to the main board frame to hold materials and testing instruments.
  • The instruction board is provided with 220V AC power, which is converted to 12V DC power via an inbuilt transformer rectifier, without the use of a battery or recharging.
  • The 12V DC power supply includes a short-circuit protection function.
  • The trainer is mounted on four heavy duty caster wheels able to carry the system weight for better mobility.
  • Caster wheels are equipped with foot-operated brakes to lock the wheels and help fix the unit and prevent sliding.
