Electric vehicle air conditioner training system allows trainees to study components and operation of electric vehicle air-conditioning system. The educational unit features real air-conditioner components of electric vehicle, driven by an electric motor. The trainer is equipped with faults simulation switches to enhance trainee’s troubleshooting skills.

  • The trainer includes real electric vehicle air conditioner components.
  • The educational unit includes a front control panel that features operation switches, fault simulation switches, digital displays and detailed air-conditioning circuit diagram.
  • The unit includes all components required for the operation such as:
    • Electric compressor
    • Air conditioning controller assembly
    • Condenser assembly
    • Evaporation tank assembly
    • High- and low-pressure pipeline expansion valve assembly
  • The trainer includes a pressure gauge, a thermometer, a real-time display of air conditioning pipe pressure, and parameters for changing the temperature at the intake and output.
  • The pressure gauges provided at front control panel display pressures of the refrigerant at different points through air conditioning circuit.
  • The trainer has detection terminals so that the electrical signal of each circuit component of the air conditioning system may be immediately detected as it operates on the panel.
  • Air conditioning circuit is also provided with temperature sensors at various points through the circuit to display the system temperatures on digital displays.
  • Each circuit element in the air-conditioning system's trainer can monitor electrical signals including resistance, voltage, current, and frequency signals.
  • The educational unit is equipped with a thermostat to control output temperature.
    Optionally, troubleshooting software can be included with the trainer.
  • The trainer is equipped with a protective covering for movable parts to ensure user safety.
