Electric vehicle control system Trainer is designed to allow trainees to study the operating principle of electric vehicle power devices, signaling lights, and electrical to mechanical energy transformation processes. A trainer is a stand-alone unit that demonstrates operating sequence of an electric vehicle powertrain. The educational unit is provided with a structural diagram of an electric vehicle combined with LED indicators, control panel, electric motor and a DC motor.
- The training system demonstrate the operating principle of electric vehicle power devices, signaling lights, and electrical to mechanical energy transformation processes.
- The training system consists of electrical equipment, power supply unit, electronic boards, educational panel.
- The Education unit contains:
- Control panel.
- Ignition switch (with a reading loop).
- Structural diagram of an electric vehicle combined with LED indicators.
- Power electronics unit (inverter).
- High-voltage battery unit.
- Electric powertrain consisting of a synchronous electric motor and a DC motor.
