The Electric Vehicle Energy Management Training System is designed to allow trainees to study the EV’s electric power system, which can dynamically simulate the energy flow direction and the running state of the motor under the six situations of beginning, low speed, general driving, full speed driving, deceleration driving, and parking. The educational unit is a stand-alone unit fully equipped with electric vehicle energy management system.
- The trainer simulates the energy flow direction and the running state of the motor under the six situations of beginning, low speed, general driving, full speed driving, deceleration driving, and parking.
- The educational unite shows the electric power system of the car and fully equipped with electric vehicle energy management system.
- The Education unit contains teaching panel equipped with:
- Detection control panel.
- Ignition switch.
- Operating condition switch.
- Throttle pedal.
- Gear switch.
- Brake switch.
- Digital tachometer.
- Current indicator.
- The trainer is provided by a light-emitting diode system for the system's dynamic direction.
- The analogue motor is also used to display the motor's operational state.
- The trainer panel uses a standard 2201 AC power source, which is converted to 12V DC by the internal circuit and features a short-circuit proof mechanism, avoiding the need for a battery.
- The trainer also demonstrates a schematic diagram for the EV's electric power system can assist trainees in learning and analyzing the system.
- Operation module is equipped with an ON/OFF switch, emergency switch, Battery charger ON/OFF switch, and battery charger indication LED.
- The training unit is equipped with caster wheels underneath to ease the moving of the mounted units inside the workshop, in addition to the wheels’ braking mechanism that prevents the unit from sliding during operation.
