The hybrid and Electric Vehicles Technology training system (HYD105) offers a hand on training on real world components of hybrid and electrical cars in a safety environment and conditions. The training system exposes students to 5 different modes of drive concepts as well as introducing them to different faults that may occur through the system.

  • The training system introduces trainees to five different modes of drive concepts.
  • The training system is supplied with charging station. The charging station is supplied with pushbutton as part of the charging socket for locking or releasing the connector plug inside the socket, as well as contactor for disconnection of the charge terminal from the power grid.
  • The trainer provides a safe work environment and allows students and trainees to fully focus on the task at hand.
  • Trainees will get exposed to a wide range of theoretical topics such as: hybrid driving, boosting, HV battery, pure electric driving, generator operation and much more.
  • Trainees will be able to perform various measurements such as resistance, insulation, and voltage using multimeter.
  • Within this trainer, trainees will get familiar with different safety measures and regulations concerning the operation and dealing with such a training system.
