Basic Pneumatic kit ( MHP101) is a benchtop educational unit which demonstrates the various pneumatic systems, applications and most common pneumatic components such as actuators, and valves. Additionally, the kit provides the ability to construct and control simple pneumatic circuits.

  • The kit includes experimental and measuring modules such as cylinders, valves, gauges and pneumatic hoses, to allow trainees to perform experiments and take measurements.
  • The kit is divided into two units, each one of them has different pneumatic components.
  • The trainer provides understanding of the components of simple pneumatic circuit and introduces trainees to each symbol of them.
  • All pneumatic components are identified with their names printed above them.
  • The trainer contains pneumatic unit, single acting cylinder, double acting cylinder, flow control valve, one way flow control valve (Throttle Check), push button N.O, push button N.C, single pilot N.C, AND valve, OR valve, pressure gauge, pressure regulating, Pneumatic hoses, pressure manifold, single pilot N.O, double pilot.
  • The trainer identifies the effect of various readings of the gauge on the operation process.
  • The pressure gauge and pressure regulator are to adjust the air pressure.
  • The trainer is provided with schematic diagram of the pneumatic circuit to demonstrate the experiments operation.
  • The kit is equipped with air service unit (Filter-Regulator-Lubricator (FRL) assembly) to clean compressed air, control fluid pressure and add controlled quantities of oil into the pneumatic circuits.
  • The trainer is provided with a hand holder to facilitate moving it.
