The pneumatic & electro-pneumatic training system (MHP103) is designed to provide a practical training on a wide range of pneumatic & electro-pneumatic circuits used in most common industrial applications. The training system is equipped with a large number of components to enhance students’ skills on constructing circuits and reading the related schemes and drawings. Using this training system enables students to learn how to integrate different components in the circuit as well as to carry out the wiring of various electrical components to operate the circuit.
- The trainer consists of a main frame, control panel, and a main experimental kit.
- It also has four optional kits (Not Included), where you can choose from to constructing and control different pneumatic & electro-pneumatic circuits
- The modules are interchangeable to provide trainees the ability of mixing and matching them based on the experiments to be carried out.
- Main Frame (MHP103.1)
- The main frame mainly comprises a mobile double-sided chassis, operation panel, pneumatic system, and drawers’ unit.
- The mobile double-sided chassis is made of aluminum profile with central grooved plate on each side for components fixation.
- The drawers’ unit creates a space-saving storage for a variety of workpieces.
- The trainer is supplied with a holder for cables on both right and left sides of the trainer.
- Operation Panel
- The operation panel of the system is found on the upper side of the training system.
- This operation panel includes main trainer ON/OFF switch, power supply indication LED, emergency button, air compressor ON/OFF switch, main circuit breaker for protection, and overload indication LED
- Pneumatic system is applied to the system through a provided air compressor and air reservoir at the lower cabin of the trainer.
- The unit is supplied with air manifold to distribute air at the various parts of the pneumatic circuits.
