Flow Terminal

  • Highlight
    • ± 0.125 % of reading—lowest uncertainty for gas flow calibration
      • The new molbox1+ flow terminal from Fluke Calibration represents a significant update to the molbloc/molbox gas flow calibration system. molbox1+ combined with molbloc-L (to 100 slm) and molbloc-S (to 5000 slm) flow elements enables you to achieve the lowest uncertainty available for gas flow meter calibration and controller calibrations. A special configuration, molbox1+S, allows you to use molbloc-S sonic nozzle flow elements at higher pressures than were previously possible, greatly extending their usable flow range.

Sonic Nozzle Calibration Device

  • Highlights
    • Sonic nozzle based molblocs for gas flow up to 5,000 slm
molbloc-S® Sonic Nozzle Flow Element is a high precision transfer standard intended for calibrating other transfer standards or process flow meters and controllers. This sonic nozzle calibration device is used with molbox1+ or molbox RFM™ terminals to extend the range of molbloc/molbox™ calibration systems and deliver superior accuracy at medium and high flows. Existing molbox1 terminals with version 4.0 embedded software or later and all molbox1+ terminals can be used with molbloc-S.

Laminar Flow Element

  • Highlights
    • Laminar flow elements for flow from 1 sccm to 100 slm
    • molbloc-Ls are laminar flow elements for use with molbox mass flow terminals. The molbloc flow path is the longitudinal, annular gap between a piston and a close-fitting cylindrical bore in the molbloc body. Different molbloc ranges are obtained by varying the size of the gap. For high flow ranges (size 1E4 and above), a larger molbloc body with a larger cylindrical bore is used.

Calibration Management Software

  • Highlights
    • COMPASS® for Flow is a fully customizable macro-enabled mass flow calibration software package based on the COMPASS® for Pressure software platform. Unlike its predecessor, COMPASS® for molbox, COMPASS® for Flow natively supports non-Fluke Calibration flow references, making it a universal mass flow calibration program. References that have a supported remote interface can be fully automated. A built-in macro capability provides users a tool to perform complex real time flow computations, as well as alter the test scenario based on data collected.

The Gas Flow Calibration Bench solutions contain modules and auxiliary devices for verifying and testing instruments, such as flow terminal, nozzle, flow element switchbox, and control box. Furthermore, each package›s flow modules and add-ons can be customized to meet unique customer requirements, enabling us to change the ranges to match your on-site instrumentation. Gas flow calibration bench combines a work bench with modular consoles to provide users with a comfortable workspace for calibration applications. With a wide variety of specifications and attachments, the bench is tailored to the needs of the customer. It gives each user the option to select the ideal workspace for them. The bench consoles allow for the mounting of power supplies, testers, controllers, calibrators modules, and …etc. To create a completely functional workplace, the calibration test bench can be fitted with a number of fittings, features, and other equipment. Each calibration test bench is made specifically for the end user›s preferred uses. Additionally, the benches offer a selection of extensible storage options so that testers can choose their own optimal set-up. The lab bench and any accompanying furniture should be comfortable, ergonomically sound, and beneficial to wellbeing. If it is sufficiently adjustable, users of various heights, sizes, abilities, and sit-stand preferences ought to be able to use it without issue.
