The bioenergy training kit introduces trainees to the basics of plant germination and growth in hydroculture. Starting from seed growth into plants and till the end of the plant’s life cycle, trainees will be able to investigate all of these stages and experiment different methods of disposing bio-waste through converting it into saleable and more benefitable products such as compost which is a natural fertilizer or energy sources such as hydrogen and bio-gas. Trainees will be able to get familiar to the steps of aerobic and anaerobic digestion and the product of each stage. All of these previously stated theoretical background and practical experiments are implemented on a lab-scale making it convenient and accessible for all of the trainees.
