The project of ‘’Work readiness and safety mobile training unit’’ was designed and executed by BEDO and funded by GIZ (German society for international Co. operation). The project was the mainstay of the inauguration of EGT Academy (Egyptian German Technical Academy).
Overview
EGT academy is part of a strategic alliance between Siemens and (GIZ) on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development.
The inauguration of EGT Academy (The Egyptian German Technical Academy) in Ain Sokhna took place in the presence of the President, and CEO of Siemens AG, minister of electricity, ministry of petroleum vice president, major-general Abd El Majeed Sakr governor of Suez, and a group of Egyptian & German statesmen and businessmen.
The project provides a training on maintaining main turbines in power plants and can serve in middle east and Africa, knowing that BEDO project was the only Egyptian and national project inside this professional enormous international Siemens edifice.
