Industrial Maintenance Trainer allows trainees to acquire hands-on skills in field of industrial maintenance through very precise, integral and progressive training system. The trainer aims at forming a good base for technical knowledge as well as enhancing practical skills such as, installation, repair, wire color coding, electrical control system wiring and electrical panel wiring. The equipment consists of three units, the equipment cabinet, the control cabinet, and the control desk. The equipment cabinet is fitted with contactors, relays, signal lamps, terminal blocks and wiring channels. The trainer features an equipment cabinet interconnected with control cabinet and control desk having pushbuttons and signal lamps. With the aid of various types of wiring diagrams, circuit diagrams and operating instructions, the student can install and test run various systems and practice in meter reading and measurement.

  • The Main Control Unit is responsible for controlling and monitoring the equipment's operation.
  • Components in the Main Control Unit include an ON/OFF switch, indicator lamps, emergency button, N.O. button (Normally Open), N.C. button (Normally Closed), and a selector switch (one position).
