  • Pick and place Code: (MR104-01.01)
    • Pick and place robots are commonly used in modern manufacturing environments. Pick and place automation speeds up the process of picking up parts or items and placing them in other locations, handles repetitive tasks while freeing up human workers to focus on more complex work, and increases production rates.
    • In this application, the robot will pick a certain object from a predefined location on the playground of the application and place it in another predefined location according to the user's selection.
    • The system consists of workpieces, storage units, storage of random objects, and the Playground.
    • BEDO software allows for interaction and control of the robotic arm and performs the required operations to achieve the application.
  • Sorting Code:(MR104-01.02)
    • Sorting Robots are used in a variety of industries to automate the sorting of objects. These applications can be used to sort objects by size, shape, color, or other characteristics. They are often used in conjunction with machine vision systems to identify and track objects.
    • In this application, the robot will be able to define the required pattern for sorting different objects according to the object characteristics which can be determined using variety of sensors such as proximity sensors or photoelectric sensors.
    • BEDO software allows for interaction and control of the robotic arm and performs the required operations to achieve the application

  • Stacking Code: (MR104-01.03)
    • Stacking robots are used in a variety of industries to automate the task of stacking items onto pallets. This typically uses a six-axis robotic arm to pick up items from a source and place them onto a pallet. The robot arm is programmed to follow a specific pattern, such as stacking the items in rows or columns.
    • This application is based on a system that is comprised of a standard robotic ARM outfitted with a custom end effector.
    • In this application, the robot will stack different-sized objects in rows or columns according to the users' selection due to the size of these objects using computer vision.
    • The application consists of the playground, the workpieces, the pallet, and camera
    • BEDO software allows for interaction and control of the robotic arm and performs the required operations to achieve the application
